Our year-round Junior Golf Programs at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course offer the best junior golf program in Encinitas and the surrounding communities for children ages 3 to 18. We offer weekly, after school golf programs as well as camps during all school breaks during the year. Our goal with our Junior Golf Program is to not only help develop solid junior golfers but also help develop children with strong character and integrity.
Jacqui McSorley and Heidi Richardson have over 80 years of combined experience in golf, beginning with their own junior golf careers here in San Diego. The San Diego Junior Golf Association provided the opportunity for Jacqui and Heidi to learn and grow through our experiences playing in fun yet competitive junior golf events and led us to our current passion for helping young golfers today.
We have a strong passion for sharing the wonderful game of golf with children through our Junior Golf Programs. In addition to teaching them the skills to become great golfers, but more importantly teaching the many values that the game was founded upon such as honesty, integrity, discipline, fairness, kindness, manners, camaraderie and a strong work ethic. We make this a priority in our lessons, clinics and camps.
We offer programs to start your children playing the game from the age of 3 at Pee Wee Golf classes and offer camps up through your child’s high school years. Our programs for high school aged children deal with the pressures of tough competition and the important decisions of college golf and beyond.
